Greg Bowlin

Senior Vice-President and Chief Strategy Officer

As chief strategy officer Mr. Bowlin has overall responsibility for corporate strategy, marketing, communications, industry relations, business development and advanced research. He also leads Jeppesen’s emerging business units—Marine, and Rail, Logistics & Terminals—which are extending Jeppesen’s leading information management competencies into these new markets. Mr. Bowlin began his career with Jeppesen in 1973 and has held leadership positions in most major areas of the company, including most recently leading the Business and General Aviation business unit along with Rail, Logistics & Terminals. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in the development of many of Jeppesen's new businesses and products including JeppView® Electronic Airway Manual® charts. Mr. Bowlin is a graduate of the Executive Marketing Management Program at Stanford University and holds a B.S. in Technical Management from Regis College. In addition, he serves on the board of the Center for Teaching International Relations at Denver University, is chairman of the board of the Denver World Trade Center and is an executive member of the American Marketing Association. Mr. Bowlin holds a private pilot certificate and is an active general aviation pilot.
